Capital Realty Fees
There are two fees that sellers are responsible for through Capital Realty.
- There is a 1% listing office fee for Capital Realty’s full service listing program. This means you save more than many typical listing charges of approximately 3%, but you won’t pay this fee until your house has closed.
- A 2.5% selling office commission is offered to buyer’s agents who will be motivated to show and sell your home to their buyers.
